Each week your results are entered into the computer and the system gives points to each athlete for each event. These points are called ‘improvement points’. Each athlete receives from 6 to 15 points for a PB depending on how ‘big’ the PB is, 5 points for an equal PB and at least 1 point if the result was not a PB. The most points that can be awarded for one event is 15 while every athlete achieves at least 1 point for entering each event.
