Northern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre was founded in 1973 and has a long history of providing inclusive sporting activities to young children of all abilities in the local area.
The Little Athletics motto is FAMILY, FUN and FITNESS. At NSLAC we are committed to providing children of all abilities the opportunity to learn new skills and practice those skills in a friendly and safe environment.
We run weekly carnivals on Saturday mornings from September through to March each year, with a few weeks break over Christmas. We also offer free coaching to our athletes on Sunday afternoons, run by experienced and qualified coaches.
Our season calendar lists important events throughout the year – including Little Athletics NSW championship events that our athletes may participate in.
The centre is run by volunteers and has no paid employees, other than our professional coaches. Read more about how the club operates in our Essential Guide.
The club places a strong emphasis on personal development and we celebrate PBs (personal best) when our athletes achieve them. We track our athletes progress and award them with certificates for achieving PBs throughout the season.
Our Saturday morning BBQ is considered the best in the area – nobody else comes close! We regularly have an coffee van on site as well, providing an excellent brew for the morning.
Be sure to check out our valued sponsors whose support helps us cover the costs of equipment and running our carnivals.
