Age group caps
Due to expected demand and for the safety and enjoyment of our athletes, we will be capping age groups at 40 athletes each. Please register early to avoid disappointment – we expect some age groups to fill very quickly.
The following age groups are now full: Tots, 7 Boys; 8 Boys; 8 Girls; 9 Boys; 9 Girls; 10 Boys; 10 Girls – if you are returning members or have a large family group (3+ kids), please contact the registrar to be put on our waitlist
Registration fee for the 2024-25 season is $210 per athlete; multiple-sibling discounts also apply.
- NSW Active Kids Vouchers may be used – be sure to obtain your vouchers before registering
- Tiny Tots for 4yo athletes will be available this season subject to conditions (see below for more information) – cost is $170 per athlete for tots (sibling discounts apply)
- Trial membership is available for athletes aged 11-16 only (born 2008-2013). See the Trial Membership page for more information and a link to register for a trial.
- Registration collection days will be:
- Sat 31 Aug 2024; 9AM – 11AM
- Sun 8 Sep 2024; 2PM – 4PM
- Venue: Rotary
- Uniform collection will be available for online orders.
- If you cannot collect your registration pack at one of the two collection days, you may collect on a Saturday morning after 8am once our season commences (Sat 14 Sep 2024) – your child will not be able to participate until after you have collected their registration number and pinned it to their club uniform top.
- Please note that registration fees are non-refundable. If a refund is granted by LANSW, it will incur a $20 admin fee. Any refunds must be applied within 2 weeks of registering or start of centre competitions.

Sibling discounts
Sibling discounts apply for multiple related athletes registered to the same family during the same registration transaction. Make sure you register all your children at the same time for discounts to apply – discounts cannot be applied retroactively if you register children at different times. Tots also count towards sibling discounts.

Uniform
All registered athletes must wear a club uniform top to our Saturday morning carnivals and to all competition events. Uniform is not required for Sunday coaching.
Uniform consists of a tshirt, singlet or crop top – which may be purchased from our online store and collected at one of our pre-season registration collection days or at one of our Saturday morning carnivals. We prefer our athletes wear black shorts or compression tights.

Age Groups
- Age groups are determined on a calendar year basis, but athletes remain in their age group for the entire season (Sep – Mar).
- Children born from Jan 2008 through to Dec 2019 are eligible to register for the 2024-25 season
- Tiny Tots cannot register until they turn 4 years old

Tiny Tots
Tiny Tots is a group which participates in game play aimed at the development of fundamental movement skills. Tots are not involved in regular athletics.
- Tiny Tots is only open to younger siblings of registered NSLAC athletes.
- Cost for tots is $170 per athlete ($160 or cheaper once sibling discounts are applied).
